Ephemera is a short anomaly type game where you watch a single room.

Every 30 seconds, you blink.
After each blink, something in the room may change.

Find and click the anomaly to move to the next round.

There are 10 rounds and 3 lives.

Round 1 is for observation.

I want to congratulate you on your #1 Spot for the game jam! Your game was honestly great, and I want you to know that. GGS

Thank you I don't expect it would get 1spot , this was a surprise for me. For me your game was more fun and replayable which I think I need to improve :D

Yes, a few ideas for you if you want to improve:

- You can make a *very* basic level editor, with a  6x12 grid that you can put objects. Infinite content!

- Just more levels.

- A "hard" mode with less time to memorize so you don't get bored.

Really, amazing game. If you do make updates, pls make a devlog so I can see that you made an update. =D

I enjoyed this once I understood it. The thing that threw me off the most was that I didn't realize I had to wait 30 seconds before the first anomaly. I kept clicking things and kept resetting the timer because of my lost lives. One recommendation as a player: Reduce the initial surveying phase to maybe 10 seconds, disable clicking during the initial surveying phase, and maybe add some kind of on screen notification. Something like: "Study your surroundings. Round 1 begins in 10...9...8.."

Great concept and good art.
8/10

Thank you it means a lot:)

Thank you:)

OK. This is my personal favorite in the New Years Jam so far. I think for one day, this is AMAZING. If you add more levels, and a plot to this, this could be a REALLY successful game! I see this more as a proff of consept rather than a full game, as it is quite short and not easy to replay many times, but I think you have a lot of potential. Keep up the good work =D

I do have to ask one thing, though. For 1 level, I do wish it would be a bit harder or longer, just so there is more content.

8.5/10 KEEP IT UP MAN

I will try  implement it and Thank you so much for the feedback :)

No problem =D
